Taking Vehicle Protection Off the Main Roads - RV and Marine Detailing Packages

Pristine Detailing Studio provides comprehensive detailing services to vehicles that transport you and your whole family on excursions around New York and across the country via RV detailing packages. Additionally, we also have care routines designed to deliver shine, safety, and enhancements to boats, jet skis, and a variety of other watercraft with our marine detailing services. These are two rather niche industries to service, so why are they so important?

Starting with RV detailing, these services can help improve the overall condition of RV, motorhome, or camper. RV detailing includes a thorough cleaning and delicate decontamination of the RV's exterior, as well as a more in-depth detailing efforts to further enhance its looks. RV detailing services help remove built-up dirt and grime and provide a clean, corrected surface that can then be secured behind a hydrophobic Owner’s Pride Ceramic Coating package.

Switching gears to marine detailing, this necessary care service offers cleaning, decontamination, enhancements, and above all, protection solutions for the wide range of marine vehicle makes and models. This process and its intent differ from RV detailing in that it involves meticulous attention to detail in all areas of any given watercraft, including the full interior, full exterior, and even engine components that are exposed to water and weather. The goal is to restore the marine vessel’s original look and feel, while giving it the opportunity to perform better.

RV Detailing - FAQs Answered by Pristine Detailing Studio

  • What does RV detailing include?

To a newer customer here at Pristine Detailing Studio, you may assume that we simply hose down your RV’s exterior and send you on your way. Absolutely not! We not only hand wash and decontaminate your RV’s exterior, including awnings and wheels, we also perform 1 step paint correction service to eliminate any defects in the surfaces that may mount to premature degradation. Additionally, we can install a hydrophobic Owner’s Pride Ceramic Coating on all those areas which uses nanotechnology to retain that surface perfection and protection.

  • Will you detail my RV’s interior as well?

Due to the tremendous intricacies of all RVs, motorhomes, and campers that come to Pristine Detailing Studio, we do not include any interior detailing efforts in our RV detailing packages. Instead, by sticking strictly to your RV’s exterior, the physical functionality and aesthetic integrity of what you and your family take out on adventurous trips will always be preserved in exponential ways.

  • Do RVs take more time to detail than your average car, truck, or SUV?

Yes, but this is the result of a variety of factors. Size is obviously the most notable reason that an RV will take more time to decontaminate, correct, and protect than your average automobile; however, the intricacies of an RV or motorhome’s exterior is predominantly the reason. We have to analyze a variety of areas, which include special characteristics that are not common on traditional vehicles, and we have to implement specialty cleaning techniques to those areas.

  • Will I need to wax my RV following the detailing process to keep it clean?

Not with the help of our certified Owner’s Pride Ceramic Coating packages! Instead of applying store-bought waxes and sealants and painstakingly applying them after each detailing appointment, our ceramic coatings bond for years with your RV’s exterior surfaces and disallow dirt, dust, and environmental messes from wreaking havoc on those areas.

Learn More About Marine Detailing - FAQs

  • Wil your mobile detailing unit come to the location I have my marine vehicle at?

Absolutely! What is even better than the convenience of having our mobile detailing unit come to the marina or boat house you have your watercraft stored in is that our prices are the same regardless. We have a full-service mobile detailing unit that transports each of our marine detailing packages effortlessly to you, getting you back on the water in a clean and fully protected watercraft.

  • Should I add a ceramic coating to the exterior of my boat?

We think so, as not only will our Owner’s Pride Ceramic Coatings bring out a beautifully glossy appearance in your watercraft’s paintwork, but it will keep it safe from the intensity of ultraviolet rays from the Rome, New York sunshine. And as an added performance benefit, marine ceramic coatings lessen the drag your boat experiences while sailing across water, improving fuel efficiency and speed.

  • Why is it so important to have my marine vehicle detailed regularly?

While boats and other marine vehicles are built to be sailed, that does not negate the horrendously aggressive nature of environmental contaminants AND the water itself. Regular exposure to water of any kind can corrode many of the interior surfaces of your boat, and simple rinses will NOT do the trick.

  • need to disclose if I sail my boat on saltwater or freshwater?

That certainly helps us help you select the proper marine detailing package and protection efforts. However, we are experts in the industry and can tell precisely what your boat has gone through at the time of your inspection. Our marine detailing packages are built to clean, correct, and protect marine vehicles that sail on any type of body of water and under any environmental conditions.
